Problem solution of employment must be comprehensive

Round table meeting was held in the capital devoted to the problem of employment of the population of the republic. Representatives of the Ministry of Social Security and Labor, the Ministry of Education, deputies of the Supreme Council, heads of cities and districts, activists of public organizations expressed their opinions. They tried during the discussion to identify the causes of the problem of employment of the population, to identify ways to solve it.

According to the Head of the profile ministry Elena Kulichenko, currently there is an imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market.

This was confirmed by the representative of the Investment Agency. 12 promising projects are under development now. However, there are not enough qualified specialists for their implementation. According to human rights activist Nikolai Buchatsky, for many years in the republic they did not pay attention to the issue of preserving jobs. As a result, the production rate of national products decreased significantly.

As it was noted by representatives of the Ministry of Education, the relationship between educational institutions and manufacturing enterprises is gradually being established. The system of dual education is being introduced in the republic, when a student becomes familiar with profession in practice. For those who do not have the opportunity to graduate from school, coaching should help in acquiring a profession. It is necessary to increase the prestige of working specialties.

The discussion showed that the issue of employment should be resolved comprehensively, both the state, and the employee, and the employer should be interested in this. Chairman of the Committee on Social Policy, Health, Labor, Family and Childhood Sergey Cheban spoke about the size of social benefits and support for motherhood.
