Bicycle repair under the patent

The list of entrepreneurial activities has been expanded. The Supreme Council in the final reading adopted amendments to the law "Special tax regime – patent taxation system". The reason for the change in legislation was an appeal from a group of entrepreneurs, which was sent to the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.

A group of entrepreneurs proposed to add another type of activity in a special tax regime – the patent taxation system. This is the repair of bicycles, electric scooters and other similar equipment. Previously, the law did not provide for this.

The Supreme Council supported this initiative and unanimously adopted the law-in-draft in two readings at once. The document has been sent for signature to the President.
