To regulate migration policy

According to the decision of the Supreme Council Presidium the nearest plenary session is scheduled for December 14. Deputy corps plans to consider a package of legislations that regulate migration policy issues. This four projects related laws developed by a group of deputies of the Supreme Council. The need for regulation of the sphere of migration policy caused numerous complaints and requests of voters. Citizens raised problems related to obtaining the PMR citizenship, registration and deregistration, at every meeting with people's deputies. In preparation package of legislations for the second reading session working group set up under the auspices of the Committee on Legislation. Within two months, deputies, the Foreign Ministry, the KGB and the OCC worked each amendment separately.

During the plenary session on December 14 deputies will also consider the law-in-draft "On obligatory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners". Deputies work on giving legal status of MTPL already in the course of the year. Representatives of insurance companies, ministries, departments, public organizations, citizens are invited to discuss amendments. A compromise was found in the main part of the issues. Alexander Shcherba called the document an important and systemic.

Another legislative initiative, which is considered at the next plenary session concerns the support farmers. The authors of the law-in-draft, members of the Committee on agriculture, offer to provide a tax credit for companies, the share of revenue from which agricultural products of own production is not less than 70% per year.
