Regulation of Control Measures

Regulations on conducting state control will soon appear in Pridnestrovie. The Government took this initiative. For comparison, the state control regulations are already in force in Russia by analogy with the regulations for the provision of public services. The document will contain a clear algorithm of actions, rights, obligations of regulatory bodies and controlled organizations, as well as the progress of the control event and all its procedures.

The regulation for conducting control measures is created in order to streamline administrative procedures, eliminate redundant actions, reduce the time required for certain procedures, and establish requirements for conducting control and supervisory measures, for violation of which an official may be held accountable. In addition, separate administrative procedures will be conducted in electronic form. The Supreme Council adopted the law-in-draft in the first reading, work on it will continue.

The Parliament supported the initiative of the deputies of the Committee for Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry. It relates to unscheduled control inspections in connection with the liquidation of a legal entity. Today, by law, legal entities who want to close an enterprise are required to undergo all necessary procedures related to the preparation of liquidation balance sheets. Most importantly, they must receive tax authority opinion that all necessary control measures have been taken. This procedure is not regulated by law, and it often happens that the liquidation of an enterprise is delayed for a long period.

The law-in-draft was adopted in final reading and sent for signature to the President.
