Deputies of the Supreme Council during the plenary session supported a number of legislative initiatives reforming legislation in the sphere of entrepreneurship. In the first reading, amendments to the law "On individual entrepreneurial patent" were adopted. Introducing the legislative initiative, the head of the State Tax Service Natalia Sokolova noted that the need for its development arose in connection with the introduction of a 100% privilege on payment for a patent for members of large families. In particular, there was a need to confirm the validity of an entrepreneurial patent issued to this category of citizens. The law-in-draft proposes that the above category of citizens issue a patent for the validity period of the certificate on the right to benefits of members of large families.
Deputies in two readings supported amendments to the law "On the licensing system in the sphere of economic activity". The government offers a license and documents necessary for its receipt, to enter into the register of permits. This will streamline the information necessary for conducting economic activity. The effect of this rule, according to the developers, will significantly simplify the activities of business entities.
The parliamentarians adopted in the third and final reading amendments to the law "On the development and state support of small business". The law-in-draft was drafted by deputies Victor Guzun, Vadim Doni, Vadim Kravchuk and Andrei Mezhinsky. The main goal is to consolidate the list of priority areas and types of activity of small business entities in the basic law.
