Real problems and real solutions in district No. 22 “Sukleyski”

Constituency Number 22 “Sukleya” includes large villages of the Slobodzeya district – Sukleya and Karagash. The interests of voters in constituency Number 22 in the Supreme Council have been represented by deputy Stepan Stepanov since 2020. There are quite a lot of areas where residents of the district need the help from the deputy: this includes assistance in the reconstruction of multi-storey buildings, roof repairs, replacement of windows and doors, the conversation often revolves around assistance in installing or repairing playgrounds, sports facilities and equipping social institutions. The orders of voters, which are included in the program of orders of the deputy of the Supreme Council, are financed from special budget fund. They are directed to the most important and necessary objects every year.

More than 9 thousand people live in the village of Sukleya. Many 2, 3, 4 and 5-story buildings, which are on the balance of the state, were built a long time ago and are in need of repair. Residents of houses Nos. 40 and 44 in Dimitrova Street approached deputy Stepan Stepanov with a request to make life in a high-rise building more comfortable. Windows were replaced with modern and warm double-glazed windows in all entrances of these houses, and where necessary, canopies were installed over the entrances in 2022. Residents of houses 40 and 44 of Dimitrova Street turned to their deputy with a request to restore the playground and fence the football field this year.

Many old residential buildings in the area need modernization and replacement of communications. One of these houses is located 225/11, Gagarin Street, in the village of Sukleya. It is about 60 years old and once served as a dormitory. The windows and doors in the entrance and in the corridors were old, had not been closed well for a long time, there were drafts and cold in the entrances. Residents of building 225/11 appealed to the deputy of the Supreme Council. According to the program of orders, the windows were replaced with modern and warm ones, and new doors were installed in 2022. They solved another problem of this house on Gagarin Street in 2023 – they repaired the leaking roof by means of the Fund for the Execution of Voters’ Orders.

A children's playground was built in 2022 near house 225/11 with the assistance of a deputy of the Supreme Council. Children can spend time playing in the sandbox now, riding on modern swings and slides.

Attention to the problems of preschool institutions in the district is among the priority areas of activity of the people's representative. Both buildings and equipment in rural kindergartens often require either repair or replacement. Funds from the Voters' Orders Execution Fund were directed to provide safe and comfortable conditions for children. The administration and parents of kindergarten No. 29 “Solnyshko” made a request to replace old and bed linen, pillows and mattresses.
