The orders that voters voiced to the deputies in their constituencies have been formed and will be executed. The Supreme Council adopted the State Program of Orders of Voters for 2021. It has been implemented since 2018 in accordance with the current law "On Orders of Voters" and after a long break. Since 2018, the approach to financing has also changed. By the decision of the Supreme Council, within the framework of the republican budget, the Voter Order Fund was created. 100 thousand rubles were allocated for each of the 43 districts in the first year of the implementation of the program, 200 thousand rubles in 2019 and 2020. Funding has been increased for 2021. The budget provides for 350 thousand rubles for each constituency of the Supreme Council deputy.
Among the wishes that the deputies and their assistants submitted to the State Program, mainly the problems of housing and communal services, the improvement of house entrances, asphalting and construction of paths, the arrangement of squares, sports and playgrounds, the purchase of equipment and furniture for outpatient clinics, schools and kindergartens. Specialized departments will implement the orders of the voters under the control of the deputies.
Deputies, who have not yet managed to formulate the mandates of the voters, will do so in the near future. All of them will be included in the State Program and approved by the PMR Supreme Council.
