To solve unsolvable

There are dozens of visitors: an endless cycle of people, destinies, problems sorrows and joys. Those people go to parliamentary reception, who do not have support anywhere. Material needs lead them to the parliamentarian, the need to obtain legal advice, land and property disputes, problems with access to documents, citizenship, residence, pension registration. They often ask to assist in the provision of health services, the organization of sanatorium treatment.

The pensioner Konstantin Ialkevich is not the first time in the parliamentary reception. Whey he knew about the disease of his daughter, he first tried to cope with the disaster without intervention of the deputy, speaking directly to the doctors and representatives of the Ministry of Health. The diagnosis "renal failure" requires dialysis - a special method of cleansing the blood. This is not a one-time procedure, as a permanent form of life support - expensive and inaccessible. Together, with the assistance of the deputy and the relevant ministry, assistance was provided.

As if it guaranteed by the state, but, unfortunately, not adequately provided social support - the most frequent reason to visit the parliamentary reception. Reducing pension and budgets significantly increased the number of such complaints. Victor Ratsa more than 30 years was in the trolleybus management, but it was not possible sure step to enter into the future of pensions. Several years ago, as a result of an unfortunate fall broke his hip. Funds for its full recovery were not found. Now he is  confined to a wheelchair, which is moribund. Taking into account that a family of four to survive on two disability pensions - Victor D. and his wife, and most of the money spent on drugs, it is not necessary to rely on their own financial strength.

While there are gaping holes in the asphalt, pensioners and state employees do not receive honestly earned money, and medicine only on paper is considered to be free and available, citizens are seeking for support and assistance from their deputy.
