The permission for building near apartment buildings

The Prosecutor of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposed to change the procedure for obtaining a building permit. This, according to the author of the legislative initiative, will reduce the risk of unjustified financial losses for developers. The law-in-draft deals only with cases when construction is planned next to residential apartment buildings.

The Prosecutor of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposed to set out the law in a new edition, which will stipulate that the general meeting of apartment owners in a residential building makes a single decision on consent to both design and construction. The Supreme Council adopted the law-in-draft in the first reading. Work on the document will continue taking into account the comments and suggestions made during the discussion of the law-in-draft.
