There are several relevant scientific spheres that have applied aspects in Pridnestrovie. But, as noted by Mikhail Burla, today they are not implemented in the form of appropriate laboratories, temporary creative groups or institutions.
Mikhail Burla supposes that the scientific laboratory must deal not only with the examination of draft laws initiated by various authors, but also development of model laws. The Parliamentarian is sure that this trend has the right to exist and must be claimed.
In reality, the legislator considers representatives of the Law Faculty of the Moscow State University, Moscow State Law University may be included in the laboratory as well as the Association of Russian law schools, which is headed by Sergei Baburin. This experience is already active in many research laboratories in the republic, for example, in physics, chemical engineering, economic geography, where prominent Russian scientists are working together with Pridnestrovian.
The creation of laboratories for the economy and foreign policy is seen promising, in his view. "The Perspective" laboratory operated in Pridnestrovie then, but it was closed.
