The Talk about Succession

The new deputy corps proceeded to legislative activity. The Supreme Council postponed consideration of certain initiatives in February. This is due to the fact that many of them have been made in the mode of legislative requirement and the time required for immediate consideration. Taking into consideration the circumstances of the last months of the previous convocation of the Supreme Council, the decision on it has been taken. Now we need to decide on the relevance of those documents. The official representative of the President informed the plenary session that the President has removed the regime neck with some of them. The Chairman of the Supreme Council instructed the parliamentary committees and commissions to revise the laws.

Prosecutor's proposal to make some amendments and addendum to the decree of amnesty celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Republic and the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War did not arouse a discord among parliamentarians. The initiative was born on the basis of complaints of citizens, faced with the difficulties of application in practice of earlier standards. The documents specified categories of pardoned persons. The work on adoption of the law-in-draft in the first reading will be continued in January.

Not without debate The issue of setting departmental awards of the Supreme Council was not without discussion. Their projects have been developed for the 25th anniversary of the legislature, but blocked activity of the parliament in the autumn did not allow finishing the job on time.

The Regulation "On the honorary awards of the Supreme Council of PMR" and the decree "On establishment of departmental awards of the Supreme Council of PMR" was adopted by majority vote. They were supported by 42 of the 43 deputies.

Conducting regular plenary meeting is scheduled for January 20, 2016.

Answering journalists' questions about the fate of the draft budget 2016, the Speaker Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the document was received by the Supreme Council and was forwarded to the parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. The law-in-draft in the near future will be presented for consideration of the plenary session.
