Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla and deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on legislation, law enforcement, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens Gregory Dyachenko warmly received longtime friend of the Republic, the leader of the Russian National Union Sergei Baburin within the walls of the legislature of Pridnestrovie. Sergey is now the president of the Association Law Higher Education Institution of the Russian Federation and arrived in Pridnestrovie to participate in the Yakovlevskiye readings on "Traditions and innovations in the system of modern law". The Russian delegation included Valery Lipunov, executive director of the Law Higher Education Institution of the Russian Federation, and Alexei Tyrtyshny, dean of the Faculty of Law of the Russian New University.

In the course of the meeting the parties clearly agreed that legal knowledge is very important for those who develop the legal framework, those engaged in it in accordance with the changing realities and contemporary challenges facing the state.

Participants in the Supreme Council paid great attention to interethnic relations in the republic; forms of the state final examination, training young Pridnestrovians in Russia, interaction establishment between public authorities, as well as the negative impact on the lives of Pridnestrovians of tragic events in neighboring Ukraine.
