We are bringing up young talents

They vividly farewell to winter, handing in diplomas and gifts to the winners of the children's drawing competition dedicated to the snowiest season of the year in the capital's Palace of Culture. The competition was held for the second time, organized by “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) party. More than 3.5 thousand children from all over Pridnestrovie presented their works. After painstaking work, the jury noted 150 best drawings. Their authors, together with their parents, arrived in the capital, where they were presented with honored awards by Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeyeva, parliamentarian Vadim Levitsky, deputies of the Tiraspol City Council Natalia Durbala and Igor Edinak.

The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council thanked the teachers who taught the children not only to draw, but to notice the beautiful things in life. The vice-speaker wished the children not to be afraid to create, to fantasize, to boldly go towards their goal and glorify their native republic. Parliamentarian Vadim Levitsky congratulated the little artists.

The pictures have a lot of snow, winter fun, beautiful Christmas tree and the New Year with family. The largest number of works was sent to the creative competition by children from Rybnitsa district. Most of all winners and prize-winners were among the participants from Dubossary.

Nine-year-old Maxim Suvorov from Tiraspol depicted the main New Year tree of the republic in the figure, for which he was also awarded the winner’s diploma.

Organizers promised that several dozens more participants would receive special prizes in cities and regions.
