Distribution of additional income to the budget

The Supreme Council considered in the mode of legislative necessity the initiative of the PMR President, which envisages a number of changes to the budget of the current year. They relate to the increase in funding limits for a number of budget items. One of the directions is the payment of funds for land shares. In addition, approximately 14 million rubles will be allocated for this article. Citizens of the PMR who have the right to do so will be able to receive payments in an amount not less than that established in 2020 from December 1, 2021.

In addition, funding limits for the fight against COVID-19 will be increased by the Ministry of Health. 40 million rubles will be spent additionally for these purposes. Today the situation remains rather difficult. The state allocates for these purposes, including additional resources that go to the budget.

Additional funds will also be allocated for the prompt purchase of medicines to provide them with healthcare institutions for the treatment of citizens of the republic with a confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus infection.

The deputy corps supported the legislative initiative of the President and adopted the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law "On the republican budget for 2021" in two readings at once.
