Deputies supported the law-in-draft designed to exempt from income tax for graduates of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, staged a year of graduation to a permanent job in the state and municipal institutions of education, health and social patronage, located in rural areas. The exemption will be granted for five years after graduation.
As a result, legislators have decided to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading, in order to be able to quickly modify it.
Taking into consideration comments the law-in-draft was adopted expected to reduce by nearly a third the tax on income derived from the sale of medicines and medical products located in rural areas. Mandatory condition - is their location in more than 10 kilometers from the nearest administrative center. The second aspect - the proceeds from the sale of drugs directly and must be at least 70% in the income structure.
