Salaries of budget organizations employees will be transferred to bank cards

From June 1, 2020, all state employees will receive wages in bank account. Government civil servants and military personnel can indicate in their application which commercial bank is preferable to use the services of public sector employees. This norm was adopted today in plenary. Corresponding amendments were made to the law “On the wages of public sector employees, the monetary allowance of military personnel and persons equated to them according to the conditions of payment of monetary allowance, and the monetary maintenance of state civil servants”.

Pensioners who retire by age do not apply to these changes. Today, the possibility of receiving pensions at the request of a pensioner was fixed by law: in a non-cash way by means of bank, at home or at the cash desk of organizations that delivers pension benefits.

The Head of the relevant committee noted: disciplinary measures against those who blackmail pensioners and force them to transfer pensions to the card have already been taken.
