The work of the Supreme Council will continue online

23.03.2021

Due to the difficult epidemiological situation, the plenary meeting, which will be held on March 24, was decided to be held online via online conference.

The State bodies of Pridnestrovie, ministries, departments are systematically moving to the electronic form of document flow. More and more government services can be issued without leaving home. This is dictated by the need to save budget money, as well as the time for processing a particular document. In addition, the exchange of documents online reduces the number of contacts between people and prevents viruses from spreading. This is more relevant than ever during the pandemic. Tomorrow the deputy corps in the final reading will consider additions to the law "On acts of civil status". Citizens will be able to submit legislatively an application in electronic form to the civil registry authorities. On the basis of such an electronic application, the time for the applicant will be determined when he can appear with the necessary documents at the registry office.

The Supreme Council will consider in the final reading the amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the PMR”. This initiative aims to increase the number of military donors. According to the current legislation, the donor is entitled to an additional day of rest after he donated blood. After the adoption of the law-in-draft in the final reading, this right will also appear for the military.

The adoption of this norm of the law, in the opinion of the parliamentarians, will increase the total number of donors in the republic. This will contribute to better meeting the needs of medical institutions for donated blood.

In addition, the deputy corps will consider the information "On the results of the activities of the Supreme Court of the PMR for 2020" and hear the report of the Prosecutor of the PMR on the state of law and order in the PMR for 2020 at the tomorrow's plenary session.
