A volunteer headquarters began its work in Bendery, in the Leninsky microdistrict. The initiator of its creation is the deputy of the Supreme Council Yuri Kravchuk. The headquarters is located in the 4th constituency. Activists daily receive phone calls and fill out applications. Voters are asked to buy groceries, buy medicines in pharmacy or pay utility bills. From 6 to 8 addresses per day, so that those who are first in the risk group stay at home.
The volunteer movement has been operating for only 2 weeks, but more than 100 applications have already been processed. Billboards with hotline numbers were installed in the Leninsky microdistrict.
The head of the volunteer staff Dmitry Bartkov said that mainly pensioners and disabled people turn to their office for help. Volunteers are trying in an accelerated manner to do their job and deliver everything quickly.
Now, it is very important to come to the rescue of those who are especially in need in the pandemic. Deputies are always in touch.
Volunteers also work in Tiraspol, in the Kirovsky microdistrict. There is a mutual assistance group in Viber. Parliamentarian Grigory Dyachenko helps solve voters' problems.
The phone numbers of parliamentarians and their assistants are on the official website of the Supreme Council under the heading "Contact deputies". In addition, the Internet reception continues to operate on the site under the heading “Citizens' Appeals”. A specialist of the Citizens Reception Department of the Parliament receives an email from voters and registers it. Emails from voters continue to arrive, as do telephone calls. Specialists answer questions of interest to residents of the republic. The personal reception of citizens by the leadership of the Supreme Council was suspended until the end of the state of emergency.
