Work of the Presidium

The Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic determined the agenda of the plenary meeting that is scheduled for the 30th of March. The draft laws considered and prepared by the deputies of the Committees on Agro-Industrial Complex and on Social Protection and Health Care for discussion and adoption in the first or second reading are among the issues. For example, the law-in-draft "On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care", the law-in-draft "On the immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases", according to which several more vaccines against childhood diseases will be added to the vaccination calendar are among them. A package of legislations on social protection has been prepared for consideration, which specifies a number of benefits to pensioners and veterans of various categories.

At the suggestion of the Committee on Legislation, law-in-draft was submitted to the plenary session on March 16, sent in the mode of legislative necessity. It concerns the extension of quarantine measures in Pridnestrovie until June 30. This includes maintaining social distancing and wearing masks indoors.
