Work of the PMR Supreme Council Presidium

The Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic formed the agenda for the plenary sessions. The next one will take place on the 13th of April at the meeting hall of the Supreme Council. The formed agenda was supplemented by a number of legislative initiatives, the responsibility for which is the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. These are changes in laws on corporate income tax and on procurement for example, as well as the approval of the report of the Accounts Chamber on work for 2021. The Committee on Social Policy and Health of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic suggested that the Presidium supplement the agenda of tomorrow's plenary session with law-in-draft sent by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the mode of legislative necessity. The deputies will consider in the first reading the law-in-draft "On measures of state support for foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving from the territory of Ukraine and temporarily staying on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic".

The next plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is scheduled for the 20th of April. The deputies will consider legislations on amendments and additions to existing legislative acts, in particular, in the enforcement proceedings, customs affairs, the budgetary process, as well as to the law regarding the appeals of citizens, legal entities and public associations in Pridnestrovie.
