Regular plenary session of the Supreme Council of the PMR will take place on April 12. This decision was made today by the Presidium of the Parliament, whose meeting was held online. The Speaker of the Parliament, heads of the Parliamentary Committees and Commissions approved the agenda of the regular plenary session and supplemented the agenda of tomorrow's session of the Supreme Council, which will be held offline.

Oleg Leontiev, Chairman of the AIC Committee, presented the legislations “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners”, which obliges insurers, in case of refusal, to inform the injured person in writing about the decision taken within 5 working days, and changes to the state target program "Re-equipment of service vehicles of the fire department". The agenda included the legislations “On Approval of the State Program for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2019-2026” and “On Amendments and Additions to the Land Code of the PMR”.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance worked out a number of legislative initiatives, they were presented by the chairman of the committee Viktor Guzun. One of them was the law-in-draft “On Approval of the State Target Program “Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” for 2023-2027”. The goal of this program is to create a favorable environment for business growth in Pridnestrovie, which will contribute to the sustainable and balanced development of the country's economy. The authors of the program consider that successful entrepreneurship is a key factor for increasing the production of goods and services, improving the living standards of citizens. The program will offer various support tools for entrepreneurs to help them grow and develop in the long term. The deputies of the Supreme Council will consider the law-in-draft in the course of the plenary session tomorrow, April 5. Consideration of the rest is scheduled for the next plenary session of Parliament.
