The Supreme Council in the second reading will consider amendments and additions to a number of legislative acts at one of the next plenary sessions. They relate to the provision of financial, tax and statistical reporting in digital format.
Pridnestrovian entrepreneurs have the opportunity to send reports to the tax authorities in electronic form. The republic has a digital information system "Electronic reporting". Economic agents and individual entrepreneurs can still choose the option of submitting reports - digital or paper at the moment.
The law-in-draft that the Supreme Council will consider in the second reading, makes it mandatory for the provision of financial, tax and statistical reporting in electronic form. It is planned to fully switch to digital reports from January 1, 2022.
The deputies will consider law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law "On licensing certain types of activities" in the second reading during one of the next plenary sessions.
The Government proposes to transfer the powers to regulate the procedure for sending documents for obtaining a license to the authorities involved in licensing. This kind of authority falls under the jurisdiction of the PMR Government to date.
The public authority providing the service operates within the framework of the relevant normative act in accordance with the provisions of the law "On the organization of the provision of public services". This document describes the characteristics of the process, the form, content and result of the provision of public services. All requirements are developed by the public authority providing the service. In this regard, it became necessary to amend the law "On licensing certain types of activities" in order to bring it in line with the norms of the law governing the procedure for the provision of public services by state authorities.
