Work at the constituency number 21 "Slobodzeya" in 2022

Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Pavel Shinkaryuk provided assistance to the House of Culture in the eastern part of the city of Slobodzeya under the program of the Foundation for the Execution of Voters' Orders last year. It was built in 1969 and belonged to the XX Party Congress collective farm. This House of Culture was one of the best in the area in those years. Vocal and dance creative groups were engaged here, the choir and the brass band regularly pleased Slobodzeya residents.

8 creative teams are engaged in the House of Culture in the eastern part of Slobodzeya today. Among them there are the well-known folk vocal ensemble "Cossack Hearts" in the city and the "Anastasia" dance group, founded in 2001.

A new children's play complex for the smallest citizens appeared on the main playground of Slobodzeya in 2022 within the framework of the program of the Fund for the Execution of Orders of Voters. According to Pavel Shinkaryuk, local residents asked to install a play complex. The grand opening of a new play area in the very center of the city was timed to coincide with the celebration of International Children's Day.

The minibus connecting the two parts of the city was transferred to the Slobodzeya football school, which unites all the football sections of the district by decision of the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for the constituency number 21.

The idea to resume the “Number 8 route”, known to all Slobodzeya residents, came to the deputy during meetings with voters back in 2020. The car was purchased at the expense of the Fund for the Execution of Orders of Voters in 2021. A new fixed-route taxi began to run around the city from September 1 last year. However, the route did not justify itself and turned out to be unprofitable.
