The session of the Youth Parliament was held in the Supreme Council. Vice Speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeeva, parliamentarians Petr Pasat, Sergei Cheban and Ruslan Gareev, as well as CEC Chairman Elena Gorodetskaya were participating in the discussion. The main issue on the agenda was the election of the Russian president. It will be held on March 18. Assistance to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Moldova in the organization and conduct of voting is actively provided by the leadership of our republic.

As it was noted today, Pridnestrovian citizens with Russian citizenship will be able to vote at 24 polling stations. Exit election commissions will also work. Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva urged members of the Youth Parliament to show maximum activity in the upcoming elections.

Galina Antyufeeva instructed members of the Youth Parliament to conduct research through social networks to understand how many young people will vote for the first time. It is planned to prepare small souvenirs for them. Booklets, in which there will be all the necessary information indicating the addresses and phone numbers of the polling stations, the list of documents required for voting will be prepared in the near future.

The Central Election Commission counts on cooperation with youth in the organization of elections. They are ready to study any creative ideas and suggestions. The head of the Central Election Commission spoke about the need to increase the legal literacy of young people. Numerous events are held throughout the country: round tables, seminars, business games, excursions to the CEC museum.

The young parliamentarians as part of the meeting, expressed their support for the information campaign in the republic "Pridnestrovie votes with Russia. Russia is in my heart!". It was initiated by the Pridnestrovian participants of the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students, which was held in Sochi.

 Participation of Pridnestrovians in the Russian elections is an opportunity not only in words but in deeds to thank the great Russia. A deputy representing the interests of the Dubossary in the legislature, Petr Pasat noted that the work on informing citizens has already started actively in the city.

They noted during the meeting: young parliamentarians form volunteer groups. Their task is to answer questions raised by citizens at polling stations.
