Against administrative barriers

The deputy corps supported the law-in-draft "On Countering Administrative Barriers" during the plenary session. The deputy of the Supreme Council, Oleg Vasilaty, proposed to define legal instruments to combat various administrative obstacles in his legislative initiative.

The author noted that the main task of the law-in-draft developed by him is the elimination of the requirements of various kinds of certificates, which today, in fact, are superfluous, complicate life for citizens and hinder development, including entrepreneurship.
