The draft budget-2019 was discussed in Grigoriopol. The document as in previous years will be socially oriented. Its main goal is the preservation of previously achieved amounts of financing of budgetary organizations, according to the website of the local state administration.
According to the head of the financial department of the Grigoriopol district Alexei Agatiev, the budget revenues will be more than 60.5 million rubles, the expenses - more than 100 million.
Loans in 2019 will be continued for young families for a period of 5 years at 1% per annum for the purchase of building materials produced in the territory of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for the construction of households. The draft budget is more than 300 thousand rubles for these purposes.
For young professionals working in internal affairs, the system of education, health, in peasant farms also provides credit funds in the amount of more than 200 thousand rubles. Lending to private farms with use or lease of up to 200 hectares of agricultural land for the purchase of fuel, seed and planting material, fertilizers, and pesticides will continue. More than 3 million rubles is proposed for this purpose.
The municipal program for the execution of voter orders was approved by the deputies of the local council in the amount of 280 thousand rubles.
The project developers of the main financial document state that the budget for 2019 is in short supply and will remain socially oriented. The main share of the local treasury's income, as well as transfers from the republican budget will be used to finance socially protected items of expenditure.
Following the hearings, Andrei Kovtun, Chairman of the Council of People’s Deputies of the Grigoriopol District noted that the draft budget for 2019 will be considered in parliamentary commissions. Then agreed version will be discussed and approved at the session of the district council.
