Continuing to work closely together

Pridnestrovian delegation visited the delegation of the historical faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. It was headed by Vasily Istratov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of History for the Methodological Work of the Moscow State University.

A meeting of teachers and students with Russian guests was held in the assembly hall of the main building of the PSU named after T. Shevchenko. Participation in the conversation was received by the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Culture, candidate of geographical sciences, assistant professor Mikhail Burla.

As the rector of the PSU noted, the visit of Russian colleagues became possible after the November meeting of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky with the rector of the Moscow State University named after M.V.  Lomonosov Viktor Sadovnichiy. This visit is a confirmation of the long-term cooperation of the two universities. During the meeting, they talked, among other things, about the possibility for Pridnestrovian teachers to study in advanced training, the publication of scientific articles in Russian publications.

Members of the Russian delegation, many of whom in Pridnestrovie for the first time, noted the special attitude of Pridnestrovians to history. The Russians visited the museum of archeology of Pridnestrovie in the State University.

 At the end of the meeting, students and teachers were able to ask the members of the Moscow State University delegation questions of concern.
