Anatoly Dirun, deputy of the Supreme Council for the electoral district №35 “Partizansky”, in the course of the meeting with voters summed up the year. The dialogue concerned both legislative as well as social activities. According to the parliamentarian as the author and co-author, he placed 23 legislations for consideration of the Supreme Council of in the current year. One of them proposed to freeze utility rates in the period 2014-2016 at the level of the previous years. This is due to the low living standards of the population due to the crisis of the economy and social sphere of the republic. Initiated collection of signatures under petition addressed to the leadership of the state did not affect the growth of utility tariffs.
Another topical subject that was specified by the deputy, dealing with the order of the Government regarding the temporal financing of expenditure budgets of all levels. In the result of its application the sector wages from July to November decreased from 15 to 20%.
In this regard legislative initiative on public sector compensation of cash, that was previously withheld from them, has been prepared by parliamentarian. As Anatoly Dirun explained, this applies to those persons working conditions of which do not allow to shift to the reduced working hours, as well as those work week of which was shortened voluntary-compulsory. At that they carry out their duties on weekends or overtime.
With regard to the improvement of “The Krasnye Kirpichi” district, but due to town budget some problems were partially solved this year. Among them, the most painful is road maintenance, rehabilitation of street lighting, design and construction of street gutters, saw cut and dry cleaning of trees, landscaping and maintenance of playgrounds and much more.
Retirees made the most part of the participants in the meeting with the deputy. They are, first of all, interested in raising tariffs in the housing sector, receiving Russian pension supplements, as well as the possibility of obtaining Russian pension. The Deputy said on the basis of discussions with the Russian partners, such allowance should continue the next year. Deputy on the issue of Pridnestrovian pensioners receiving Russian pensions expressed the conviction that such a situation could lead to a split in society.
