About milk and not only ...

One of adopted by the deputies of the Supreme Council provisions of the Law "On the Republican Budget 2018" provided for the provision of state support to milk producers through the payment of subsidies to them. The size is 50 cents per kilogram of milk. The norms of the main financial document of the year, the adoption of which is the exclusive prerogative of people's deputies, are effective: in the first half of the year the state paid 1,753,000 rubles to farmers. In the second quarter, subsidies for the development of the dairy sector were granted to 22 farms.

Subsidies to enterprises are listed every three months. In particular, the size for LLC Fialt-Agro, headed by Deputy of the Supreme Council Sergei Pisarenko for the second quarter amounted to 300 thousand rubles.

Along with this, the government plans to send a law-in-draft that modifies certain norms of the current law "On Prices (Tariffs) and Pricing" to the legislature. They are supposed to establish an exhaustive list of dairy products, which are subject to state price regulation. They will be divided into products that are socially significant, as they are acquired by socially vulnerable categories of the population, and other products, which are also dairy by origin, but are in completely different market niches. According to the highest executive body, this innovation will make the state regulation of prices for dairy products more effective.
