To recognize certificates of recognized

In the course of the plenary session the deputies adopted the law-in-draft recognizing at the territory of the republic of certificates and declarations of conformity of the CIS countries in the second and final reading. The initiative requires amendments to the law "On certification of products and services," suggested Efimy Koval and Igor Yarych the deputies of the Supreme Council.

The decision, adopted by parliament was preceded by two year work on the law-in-draft in the appropriate committee in view of the controversial opinions on this subject of the executive authority. The Government's position was aimed at the recognition of certificates and declarations of conformity of the countries - participants of the Eurasian Economic Community. As it was noted by the legislators, the main suppliers of goods to the republic are Moldova and Ukraine, which are included to the CIS. The level of imports from neighboring countries is 67%.

The topic of discussion was the further process of certification. Deputies have focused on the fact that today funds from the issuance of certificates received in a non-profit organization.

Following the discussion, the position of Deputies Committee on agriculture, transport, construction, natural resources and the environment has been maintained. According to the Government information, according to currently taking measures, the implementation of which will send the proceeds from the issuance of certificates of conformity for products in the republic's budget.
