Deputies of the Supreme Council recognized the powers of the deputy elected on March 31 in the constituency No.24 "Parkany" Vladimir Timofeev. The parliamentarians voted for the relevant Resolution in the course of the plenary session.
The Supreme Council held the day before a meeting of the Commission on Mandates, Regulations and Parliamentary Ethics. The powers of a newly elected deputy in the relevant single-mandate electoral district are recognized at the next plenary session of the Supreme Council after the official publication of the election results, according to the Regulations, during by-elections in cases of early termination of the powers of an elected deputy of the Supreme Council.
According to the application submitted by Vladimir Timofeev, he was included in the Committee on Agriculture, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources. The deputies in the course of the plenary session made additions to the Resolution of the Supreme Council of the PMR dated December 8, 2020 No. 6 "On the numerical and personal composition of committees and commissions of the Supreme Council of the PMR of the VII convocation". Vladimir Timofeev will be a deputy on a non-permanent basis.
Vladimir Timofeev was born on November 7, 1973. He lives in the village of Parkany, Slobodzeya district. He received a higher professional education in the specialty "gardening". He has been working in the field of agriculture since 1995. He worked as an agronomist-foreman at the Lenin collective farm in the village of Parkany, since 2008 – an agronomist at Agrimatko-Service LLC, since 2008 and is currently the director of Agrochemarket LLC. He is married and has two children.
He is a member of the Republican party "Renewal". He was awarded a Diploma of the PMR President, a letter of Thanks from the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR and departmental awards.
