As a result of nearly four-hour debate that in practice was more like a parliamentary monologue rather than dialogue between the parties concerned about the fate of the state, the Supreme Council adopted a number of resolutions. First of all, the commission for deputy investigation was created. Based on the existing experience in this format, parliamentarians have decided that the commission will include seven deputies: Vladislav Tydva, Porphyry Shkilnyuk, Oleg Vasilaty, Alexander Martynov, Alexander Korshunov, Vadim Kravchuk, and Oleg Petrik. The objects of investigation will be the causes of the situation on the currency market, justify lowering gas tariffs for "Energocapital" foundation and the peculiarities of "stabilization fund", as well as the facts associated with the transition to state ownership of 25% shares in the Rybnitsa cement plant. The term allocated for investigation is 30 days.
In addition, the Supreme Council instructed the Accounting Chamber to hold expert-analytical activities, to clarify the situation with the distribution of revenues between the Pridnestrovian railway and the JSC "National Forwarding Company", and check the movement of funds on the accounts of the Presidential Administration, including off-budget.
There are orders for parliamentary committees. Committee on Legislation has to analyze and give a legal assessment of the facts revealed in the course of the extraordinary plenary session. The Committee on economic policy should draw up and present to the deputy housing initiatives related to the sale of one hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of electricity, and with a reduction in terms of its repatriation.
