The deputy corps adopted in the second final reading a number of legislations developed by the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the course of the plenary session.

4 departments will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of legislation in the field of protecting children from harmful information. The powers were distributed between the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice and the State Service for Culture and Historical Heritage. The corresponding changes were made to the law "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development" and to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The new rules will come into force after signing by the President and official publication. 

Amendments and additions to the law "On the organization of the provision of public services" were adopted in the second final reading. The new rules developed by the Government will allow ordering and receiving services through the State Services Portal of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic that do not fall under the category of public services. Information about them will be entered in the unified register of public services. The procedure for providing such services, as well as the list of organizations that can provide them will be established by the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The new rules in the law "On the organization of the provision of public services" will enter into force 60 days after signing by the President and official publication. 

The deputies unanimously adopted the resolution "On the appointment to the post of editor-in-chief of the state republican mass media – "The Adevarul Nistryan" newspaper in the course of the plenary session. Lyudmila Soltan will continue to lead the publication for the next 5 years. The head of the parliamentary Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media Igor Buga noted that Lyudmila Soltan worked in this position since 2019 and has proven herself exclusively from the positive side. It was in "The Adevarul Nistryan" newspaper that Ludmila Soltan began her career in 1996. In fact, she was at the origins of the newspaper. She was awarded the Diploma of the President of the PMR in 2004, the medal "For Distinction in Labor" in 2009, and the medal "20 Years of the PMR" in 2010. Ludmila Soltan was awarded the title of "Honored Worker of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" in 2019. Ludmila Soltan was awarded in July of this year the Order of Labor Glory on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of "The Adevarul Nistryan" newspaper.
