The deputies adopted the law-in-draft of the deputy Andrey Sipchenko and Yuri Sporish on amendments to the law "On the turnover of arms and ammunition on the territory of Pridnestrovie" in the first reading. It aims to establish perpetual "weapons amnesty". Citizens with illegal turnover of weapons or ammunition will be entitled to apply to the internal affairs agency with the statement for their legalization. In this case, the person is released from liability, upon condition that actions do not contain structure of other crime. In other cases, illegal possession of arms and ammunition shall be punished in accordance with the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic. The proposed rule would protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, to ensure the prevention of offenses and crimes.

Parliamentarians supported the government law-in-draft by majority of votes in the first reading to amend the law "On approval of the state program "Construction, repair and reconstruction of water supply systems of villages and settlements PMR for 2011-2015". The author proposes to reallocate funding levels of program activities in a number of localities in which the expenses were increased or were not carried out the planned work. As it was noted at the session, amendments have been made to the state program in a timely manner. The total cost of the program is approximately 235 million rubles. As the head of the State Service for Energy and Utilities Vasily Vlasov noted, these funds already spent 73 million rubles. Deputies proposed to prolong the program for the production of the planned works in full of other settlements in which they were not conducted. The experience acquired by means of trial and error, according to Vasily Vlasov, will form the basis of the legislation on the approval of the state program of water supply of villages and settlements in the 2016-2019. The document must be received in the coming months to the Supreme Council.

The law-in-draft of deputy Vladimir Bodnar on Amendments to the Law "On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care" passed the first reading procedure. It is intended to support this category of persons in the realization of their right to higher professional education at the expense of the state budget. Because of the fact that such levels of professional higher education as a bachelor, and master's specialty are in Pridnestrovian educational system since 2009, today those who are enrolled in training programs for bachelors, there is a problem with access to higher education in the masters training programs. The legal gap in Russian Federation in terms of guaranteed education for master's degree programs for orphans, children left without parental care, and those among them, was eliminated with the adoption of federal law last year.
