The Supreme Council adopted amendments and additions to the Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court of the PMR" in the second final reading. They give legal entities the right to apply to the Constitutional Court to protect their rights. Only individuals had this right previously. The law-in-draft was initiated by the Speaker of Parliament Alexander Korshunov and his deputy Galina Antyufeeva. The amendments were adopted taking into account the clarifying amendments prepared by the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms. The law will enter into force on the day following the day of its official publication.

The final reading passed the law-in-draft of a group of deputies on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses. Parliamentarians Galina Antyufeeva, Oleg Petrik and Grigory Dyachenko proposed to clarify the rules concerning the onset of administrative responsibility for transferring control of a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive a car (except for academic driving) or is deprived of his rights (paragraph 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Such a qualifying feature as familiarity has been introduced. Thus, a fine of 50 minimum wages (920 rubles) is threatened for transferring control of a vehicle to a person who obviously does not have a driver's license. The adopted amendments to the Administrative Code will enter into force 14 days after the date of official publication.
