Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva held regular reception of citizens on personal matters. More than 20 Pridnestrovians from different cities and regions turned to the deputy speaker for assistance in resolving problems. Citizens asked the vice-speaker the questions related to employment, pension accrual, housing allocation, law enforcement system functioning. At the heart of each appeal is sometimes a story of life, family, and many years of work.
A resident from Karagash Viorika Gunka is a mother of many children. The woman lives in the village, and goes to Tiraspol to work. She works as a nurse in the neurosurgical department of the Republican Clinical Hospital. Starting to collect information for registration of retirement, faced with a problem: not enough seniority. According to the villager, she began to work while still at school.
The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council promised to study in detail the details of the issue, to assist in the decision.
The problem of the pensioner from Tiraspol, Nina Stepanovna Zholobova also concerned the provision of pensions. Her daughter has been visually impaired since childhood. Previously, the family lived in Russia, and the size of the disability pension received by the daughter included various types of allowances. After moving to a permanent place of residence and registration in Pridnestrovie, the pension decreased. Although in the Unified State Social Insurance Fund, according to Nina Stepanovna, she was assured that there would be no big changes. The vice-speaker of the parliament stated that in Russia the supplements to pensions are financed from the federal budget, maybe that is why there was a difference in the calculations. Galina Antyufeeva took the question under personal control. Specialists of the Ministry of Social Security and Labor will be involved in solving the problem.
Ekaterina Vishnyakova from Sukleyia decided to support her colleague, a young woman Natalia Markova. They both work at the dairy plant. Natalia is an orphan, so they are trying to help her with the whole team. She is currently expecting a baby. As never before, she needs housing, and for many years she has been in a queue to receive it. She turned to the vice-speaker for assistance in solving the problem.
Within the framework of the adoption of the law “On the republican budget for 2019”, for the first time in many years, funds were allocated for the implementation of the state program to provide housing for this category of citizens. Next year they will allocate 8 million rubles for these purposes, which is about 70 apartments. This amount does not cover all needs, in the queue for housing is 800 orphans. According to the vice-speaker, this category of citizens is the most socially vulnerable, and the state aid is paramount here.
