Pridnestrovians wanted

A group of deputies of the Supreme Council, who initiated the adoption of a package of draft laws, regulating relations in the sphere of migration, registration, registration in the country, receiving PMR citizenship set a goal to make Pridnestrovie attractive for its own, and foreign citizens. Voters have repeatedly expressed claims about it. The current level regulations system was cumbersome and confusing to residents.

Vadim Krasnoselsky, while still in the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council instructed the responsible committee on legislation to develop a package of relevant Legislations. The Order was quickly done - the deputies in the first reading adopted the Law "On Citizenship of PMR", "On the order of entry into PMR and out of PMR", "On legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship", "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Persons stateless in Pridnestrovie ","On the right of PMR citizens to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence within the PMR". In preparation of the new legal framework for the republic and the volume of documents for the second reading the Supreme Council deputies created a working group to clarify all the details and nuances. About a dozen of its meetings were held with the participation of officials from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After that, the legislations were adopted at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on legislation, and today in the discussion of all the deputies.

After adoption of the law-in-draft in the second reading, the deputies of the Supreme Soviet remained in this mode for laborious rework some amendments and preparation of documents for adoption in the third and final reading.
