Pridnestrovian Sons of Russia

The public organization "The Union of Russian Communities of Pridnestrovie" is conducting a contest of creative works devoted to significant dates, and prominent figures in Russia, not for the first time. This year, the central character of ten-page essay on the topic "The word has a soul" was Sergei Yesenin and the theme "There are moments of the war in the memory..." combines research of life and work of Boris Pasternak, Robert Rozhdestvensky, Alexander Tvardovsky and Konstatntin Simonov. The third direction of ​​works - is "The name of Victory" - due to the anniversary of Alexander Suvorov.

Qualifying rounds were held all over the republic. The jury, chaired by Maria Pashchenko studied the works of authors in the capital aged 10 to 18 years.

Maria Pashchenko reminded his colleagues of the evaluation criteria of creative works. Depth of the topic, having personal relationship and own reasoning to the object of study have importance in addition to the novelty, relevance and originality of the chosen topic. The chairman of the jury considers competence and style as an important aspect.

39 works of inhabitants of Tiraspol were divided into three groups according to the age of the authors. Three of the best will be determined in each of them. Final II National Youth Competition "The loyal sons of Russia" will be held in late June. The winners will be given the opportunity to visit memorable places in Russia, and a children's camp. The most interesting works will take its deserved place in the pages of a special collection.
