"September 2 is a special day for every Pridnestrovian: for those who proclaimed the republic, who defended it with weapons in hands, who are currently working on their native land. Thanks to the hard work of Pridnestrovians for already 28 years, Pridnestrovie has been living and developing. Our republic is always open, we are glad to our guests. We will try to do everything in order to comfortably live in the republic, work, create families, educate children. I sincerely congratulate all Pridnestrovians on the Republic Day! I wish the peaceful sky, creative work and the improvement of life," concluded Alexander Shcherba, Chairman of the Supreme Council.
"Pridnestrovians realized their right in 1990 to live on free land, speak their native language, create families and raise children. The republic has experienced much: difficulties, blockades, opposition from neighbors. Thanks to the will of the people, Pridnestrovie adequately copes with the difficulties. We overcome the obstacles and obstacles that our enemies create. We are moving forward. I am sure that Pridnestrovie will have a happy future, because its main value is an industrious, honest and united people", said Victor Guzun, who represents the interests of the residents of Dnestrovsk in the Supreme Council.
"Birthday is one of the most anticipated holidays in the life of any person. If this is the birthday of the republic, its home, it is doubly solemn and responsible. We defended our right to independence with hard work. We continue to do our best to make the republic develop and become more and more beautiful," said Sergey Vasilyev, a deputy of the Supreme Council in constituency No. 24.
"On the birthday of the republic, we feel unity as never before. I would like to wish Pridnestrovie recognition, prosperity and stability. Residents of the republic - faith, kindness, love and understanding," the Central Electoral Commission Chairman Elena Gorodetskaya asked the Pridnestrovians.
