The Presidium of the Supreme Council sent questions from Deputies to the Government on the work of the supreme executive body last year. The Chairman of the Government annually submits a report to Parliament. Along with the report, there are also answers to questions from Deputies that they send, in accordance with the rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Supreme Council. Basically, these are questions that people ask Deputies, said Grigory Dyachenko, Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission on Mandates, Regulations and Parliamentary Ethics. For example, Deputies are asking whether there are plans to increase the number of places in the Tiraspol Psychoneurological Boarding School and in boarding schools for elderly citizens and the people with special needs.
The questions from parliamentarians to the Government concern waste recycling and sorting, the problem of retaining qualified personnel and returning specialists who have left, rising prices for essential goods, unauthorized and abandoned water supply networks. The Government will prepare answers to these and other questions from deputies and submit them by May 1 along with a report on work for 2024.
