The agenda of the plenary meeting was supplemented by the Supreme Council Presidium

Members of the parliamentary Presidium supplemented the agenda of tomorrow’s plenary meeting with law-in-draft on introducing and supplementing the PMR Law “On the Republican Budget for 2024” in the course of the next meeting. The date of the next plenary meeting was determined. It will take place on the 31st of January.

The agenda of the plenary meeting, which will take place next week, included legislations prepared by the Parliamentary Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens by decision of the Presidium. Deputies of the Supreme Council will discuss in the first reading on December 31 the amendments to the law “On Acts of Civil Status”, which propose eliminating the obligation to indicate information about the place of work when filing applications for marriage, establishing paternity, as well as entering this information into the birth certificate at the state registration of acts of civil status in the civil registry office.

The initiative of deputies Alexander Korshunov and Galina Antyufeyeva to amend the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court of the PMR” will be considered in the first reading. The authors propose to include legal entities in the circle of subjects of appeal to the Constitutional Court to protect their rights.

Parliamentarians will consider an initiative to amend and add to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on December 31. The law-in-draft developed by the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposes to transfer to the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications the right to initiate cases under Article 13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for violation of legislation regarding personal data.
