The Presidium approved the agenda

The Supreme Council will consider in the second reading law-in- draft with amendments to the law “On payment for land” in the course of the plenary session tomorrow. This is the initiative of deputies Viktor Guzun and Vadim Kravchuk. They proposed to equalize the benefits of pensioners, regardless of which state they receive their pension.

The deputy corps will consider law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On payments for environmental pollution and the use of natural resources" in the second reading. The document concerns payments for the use of water resources, namely, the formation of the rate of payment for water for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

The Supreme Council will consider the law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the PMR economy" in the final reading tomorrow. The law-in-draft proposes to expand the list of priority areas for the development of the economy of our republic. We are talking about preferential loans for which the state subsidizes most of the interest rate.

A large package of legislations was transferred from the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex to the Committee on Regional Policy by the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Council. These are legislations that relate to the work of local governments, regional development and housing and communal issues. The decision to create a Committee on Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Housing and Utilities was adopted by the Supreme Council last week.

The Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in connection with the deteriorating situation in the incidence of COVID-19 decided to hold a plenary meeting, which is scheduled for October 20, online.
