The agenda of the plenary meeting that will take place tomorrow, November 25, includes legislations considered by the committees this week. The deputy corps will consider law-in-draft "On advocacy and advocacy in the PMR" in the first reading. Now the activities of lawyers are regulated by the 1993 law, which is outdated and does not meet modern requirements. According to the PMR Prosecutor Anatoly Guretsky, the adoption of the new law will improve the quality of legal services and strengthen the responsibility of lawyers.
It is proposed to supplement the legal field of our republic with the ability to submit applications in electronic form to the registry offices. The registration itself will not take place electronically. Based on the application drawn up on the official website of the registry office, the time will be appointed for registration of acts of civil status. The Supreme Council will consider additions to the law "On acts of civil status" in the first reading.
The agenda of the plenary session includes law-in-draft “On land reclamation in the PMR”. The document was developed by the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex Issues and adopted by the Supreme Council in early November in the first reading. The last dry years have shown that the reclamation complex must be restored as soon as possible. We are talking not only about increasing yields, but also about the food security of the republic in general. Legal relations in this industry are governed by the Government decrees and other bylaws. According to the deputy corps, this issue requires legislative regulation. A clear concept for the development of the industry will make it possible to timely carry out current and overhaul repairs of amelioration networks, purchase equipment and machinery, and determine priorities. In the opinion of the Supreme Council, the adoption of the law "On land reclamation in the PMR" will provide a planned programmatic approach for the effectiveness of work on the restoration and development of the melioration complex of the PMR.
