The deputy corps will consider the initiative of a group of deputies of the Legislation Committee in the course of the plenary meeting scheduled for the 14th of July. Galina Antyufeyeva, Oleg Petrik and Stepan Stepanov proposed to amend the Code of Administrative Offenses. Currently, the legislation provides for a warning or a fine in the amount of 2 minimum wage for driving a car registered in a foreign state and temporarily imported into the territory of the PMR for personal use. In practice, traffic police officers are more likely to issue fines. The deputies of the Supreme Council propose to leave in the legislation only such a measure as a warning for such a violation.

The Supreme Council in the course of the plenary meeting scheduled for the 14th of July will consider a package of legislations that regulate the rules for broadcasting court hearings on radio, television and on the Internet.

It is proposed by law to establish uniform broadcasting rules for all types of legal proceedings. The deputies will consider the relevant amendments to the law "On the Constitutional Court", to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Arbitration and Civil Procedure Codes, to the laws "On personal data" and "On providing access to information on the activities of the PMR courts".

The Supreme Council at the next plenary meeting in the second reading will consider a number of legislations that regulate the activities of the Olympic Reserve School. Amendments and additions have been prepared by the specialized Committee in the laws "On Education" and "On Physical Culture and Sports in the PMR". The changes concern the rules for admitting children to institutions with enhanced study of some subjects. In addition, the concepts of "sports training program" and "training process" are introduced at the legislative level. Sports training programs are combined at the School of the Olympic Reserve with the educational process. The school has operated on the basis of rules and programs common to all educational institutions until now.
