The Presidium supplemented the agenda of the meeting for April 26

Plenary session will be held in the Supreme Council on Wednesday, the 26th of April. Its agenda was supplemented today in the course of the meeting of the Presidium. A lot of legislations have been passed and considered by the committees on economy, social, regional policy and agro-industrial complex this week.

Amendments and additions to the law “On the Social Protection of the Disabled” regarding state support for disabled people with limited mobility of the 1st group and children with disabilities will be considered in the second reading. The deputies plan to adopt the law-in-draft amending the law "On denationalization and privatization" in the second reading. The amendments are aimed at reducing the administrative and financial costs of the state in the field of privatization. Another law-in-draft, which will be considered on April 26, concerns changes to the Civil and Land Codes. It is proposed to optimize the legal mechanisms that determine the procedure for the forced termination of rights to land due to their non-use for their intended purpose. Amendments and additions to the state program for the development of the agro-industrial complex of Pridnestrovie for 2019-2026 will also be considered in the second reading. In addition, questions on the implementation last year of state programs for the development of the reclamation complex, the agro-industrial complex, the restoration of tall oak forests and the development of the mineral resource base of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were added to the agenda.

It was decided to hold the next plenary meeting on Thursday, the 11th of May. The agenda will include reports on the implementation in 2022 of five state programs in the healthcare sector. It is planned to consider issues aimed at protecting the rights of orphans and clarifying whether the financial statements are a commercial secret organization.
