Presidential scholarships for the best

108 students of universities, technical schools, colleges and students of various additional education organizations of the republic today received certificates for the state scholarship of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The award ceremony was held according to tradition at the Palace of the Republic. The scholarship recipients were personally congratulated by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva, representatives of the Government and the Ministry of Education. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Public Associations and Media Igor Buga.

The young people will receive a payment every month in the amount of 40 to 77 minimum wages, this is from 388 to 747 rubles, depending on the category throughout the academic year, until the 30th of June, 2024. Thus, the state has been encouraging excellent students, winners and participants of municipal, republican, international Olympiads and creative competitions since 2001. More than 1000 children received certificates the entire period of such support.

Student Matvey received his certificate from the hands of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva. The vice speaker congratulated all the young people on behalf of the head of Parliament Alexander Korshunov and the entire deputy corps.

Excellent students came to Tiraspol from Bendery, Dubossary, Rybnitsa, Slobodzeya, and Pervomaisk to receive certificates. 11-year-old Liya Uzun studies at Rybnitsa gymnasium No. 1 and at the music school named after Yu.A. Gagarin in piano and vocal class. Each of the scholarship recipients left the event not only with a certificate in an honorary frame, but also with another gift from the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic – with the book “Bendery Fortress. Living symbol of history".
