The President signed new laws

The President signed a number of laws adopted by parliamentarians during the first plenary meeting of the autumn session. After that they entered into force.

Among them there are amendments to the law “On state and municipal unitary enterprises” that came into force. The Government establish the size, order and timing of transfers by state and municipal enterprises to the owner of the net profit that remains at their disposal after they pay taxes and other social payments. The document prescribes that no later than November 30, 2019, the constituent documents (charters) of state (municipal) enterprises must be brought into line with the provisions of the law that has entered into force.

After signing by the President, the amendments introduced by the deputies of the Supreme Council to the law “On the immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases” came into effect. They expanded the list of organizations in which current legislation is allowed to carry out preventive vaccinations. Now this is, in addition to state health organizations, private health organizations, if they have a license to carry out medical activities, also medical (vaccination) rooms of educational organizations, social welfare, equipped with the necessary equipment and materials.
