The PMR President held a video conference

Public transport must use validators from January 1 without fail. The implementation of an automated fare collection system was one of the topics of the conference between the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky and heads of state authorities and administration. The online meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and members of the Presidium of the Parliament. As reported by the presidential press service, working meeting of representatives of the Government and the transport industry is scheduled for tomorrow on the implementation of the new system. An information hour on the same topic will be held in the Supreme Council on the 25th of December.

Special attention was paid to preparations in case of a reduction or termination of natural gas supplies. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that officials with the assistance of the media must promptly and fully inform the population. The leadership of the PMR Government and the heads of state administrations were instructed to give detailed interviews to the media explaining all the details of the current situation and the essence of the measures taken. The press services of government bodies are to promptly post information about the decisions taken.

The issue of rising firewood prices was raised at the meeting. Such conclusions were made from an analysis of advertisements for the sale of solid fuel that appeared in the public domain. The relevant structures were instructed to verify all the facts. It is important to find out where the sellers got this product from, the President noted. He also recalled that the collection of deadwood by citizens is permissible exclusively for personal needs, the sale is prohibited.
