18.06.2019

Parliamentarians in the second, final reading will consider amendments to the state target program “Textbook” for 2017–2021. The purpose of the amendments is the implementation in the current year of priority measures to provide educational and educational literature on educational organizations with Moldovan and Ukrainian languages of instruction. For this purpose, the redistribution of funds within the planned amount in the republican budget (444540 rubles) is provided.

The Committee on Education, Science and Culture prepared two more legislations for consideration by the deputy corps. The first changes are made to the law "On Education". The law-in-draft was developed in order to improve the current legislation in the field of vocational education at the expense of the state budget. In particular, it is proposed to establish that persons who have mastered the educational programs of primary, secondary and higher vocational education at the expense of the republican budget and have passed the state attestation are required to work out their profession in government bodies, local government, organizations of legal forms and forms of ownership. Those who have received a job in distribution and have not completed the established period are obliged to reimburse the republican budget for the expenses spent on their training. At the same time, there are cases when people who have been trained at the expense of the republican budget are exempted from reimbursement of expenses.

The second document, submitted for the second reading, is aimed at the preservation of immovable objects of cultural heritage. The corresponding state target program is designed for the years 2019-2021. Over 5 million rubles will be spent on repair and restoration work and improvement of the territory adjacent to the immovable object. As part of the program, attention will be paid to objects perpetuating the memory of those killed during the Great Patriotic War, the military events of 1992, as well as buildings associated with the life and work of prominent government and military figures.

The Chairman of the Committee is also confident that the monuments of cultural heritage are of interest to those who visit Pridnestrovie.

Deputy Chairman of the Government on legal regulation and interaction with state authorities Stanislav Kasap informed the members of the Presidium of Parliament that the Government will prepare another amendment to the law-in-draft as soon as possible. It aims to ensure that already this year it was possible to begin work on repairing a number of objects commemorating those who died during the Great Patriotic War.
