Members of the Presidium set dates for the July plenary sessions, for the 10th and 17th of the month. It was also determined that on July 10, the government report on the results of activities for 2018 will be presented to the deputy corps. In addition, parliamentarians intend to hear and operational information for the 1st half of this year.
The speaker informed colleagues that the parliament had already received answers to the questions that had been prepared by the legislators on the eve of the government’s report.
In the legislative portfolio of deputies - a number of legislations, it was decided to submit for consideration of the next plenary sessions.
Among the documents there are amendments to the law "On the protection of the health of citizens from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption". The law-in-draft was presented by the deputy Grigory Dyachenko. The author proposed to prohibit the sale of devices that mimic tobacco smoking to minors and prohibit their use in public places. We are talking about electronic cigarettes and hookahs. The law-in-draft proposes to establish restrictions on their advertising.
The deputies of the relevant committee supported their colleague, advocating the need to preserve the health of the nation. The law-in-draft will be submitted for consideration in the first reading.
The next plenary meeting is scheduled for June 26, but it will open not at the traditional time, but later. At 10:00 in the plenary hall of the Supreme Council there will be the announcement of the Message of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky to the people and state authorities.
